New Home construction, Home modifications, Shops or Garages

For a construction application package please submit a request via email to info@sunsetbaypoa.org

Please provide your Lot & block number, name, address, email and a contact phone number.

A package including the application, building requirements and restrictions will be emailed to you for completion and submittal to the Architectural Control Committee.

 

 

 

 

Architectural Request and Review Application

Exterior or lot modifications including color changes, fencing, or other changes to lot.
